[Two manuscripts] JOURDAN (Eric). Autograph manuscript of his novel "Aux Gémonies". First draft very worked and scratched on ruled paper, canvas notebook in-8
(22x15cm), wet on the second plate. About 144 pages, a number of double-sided. Story of two young photographers who decide to leave, to follow the troops of an international force in the forests and mountains of Burma.
The book was published by H&O in 2007 and edited in paperback in 2013.
Joint: Unpublished autograph manuscript entitled "The Gospel of the Archangel". Signed by a pseudonym William de Massongy.
50 pages in-4, on green leaves, a few corrections, followed by 21 pages in-4 of a first version. Enclosed is the typescript of 95 pages in-4, with a table of contents of the titles entitled : The Young Archangel, The Probe, The Dancing Star, The Journey to Egypt, The Return, The Child, Dark Years, The Only Son, The Living Water, Seven Bread Rolls, The Heart of the Archangel, The Assumption, In Sorrows and Joys. All in a shirt, combed cloth case, in-4(33x25 cm) title piece. The work tells the story of the young archangel Gabriel who dreamed of actions and asked the Spirit (God) to give him a mission, who sent him to earth, to the small city where Mary lived, to blow the message of the Spirit.
