(Collection of 3 documents, including two manuscripts). Handwritten bookplate of the "Collegii Parisiensis Societatis Jésus". Initialed at the desire of the ruling of July 5, 1763 (Mesnet). A handwritten note states that this rare manuscript was purchased on April 6, 1861, and a printed article pasted on the inside back cover of the binding tells us that it belonged successively to M. Moignon, M. de Monmerqué and was purchased by M. Roullier, avocat au Conseil d'Etat, who published a 2-volume edition in 1883 with the publisher Lemerre, with the title "La Marquise de Brinvilliers, récit de ses derniers moments" (The Marchioness of Brinvilliers, account of her last moments). Important manuscript for the story of Brinvilliers' redemption for her crimes. Bound at the beginning of the volume, a printed work by LA GUESLE (Jacques, 1557-1612). No date (17th century) and no publisher (Simon de Colines, Paris). 86 folio pages (without Simon de Colines mark), ornate title, entablature and lettering. Bound at the end: "Question Royale et sa décision, par Jean Du Verger de Hauranne, abbé de St- Cyrien". Handwritten copy of 25 folio pages. One volume in-folio (36x24 cm), marbled calf (18th century), covers torn off. Ex-libris of M. Roullier.
